StickerVault XL

1. How big is a StickerVault XL?
   StickerVault XL is B5 or 6.9 x 9.8 inches.
2. How many pages does a StickerVault XL contain?
   StickerVault XL contains 48 pages back-to-back (24 leaves).
3. How many stickers can I store in a StickerVault XL?
   StickerVault XL can store approximately 600 stickers, depending on size.

Can I still remove my stickers after sticking them to your StickerVault’s pages?

Yes! Our sticker albums feature high-quality glossy sticker release paper that will allow you to stick on and peel off your stickers as often as you want.

Will your StickerVault’s pages damage my stickers?

No, sticking your stickers into the pages of a StickerVault sticker album will not cause any damage to them. Our glossy sticker release paper makes it easy to peel off any stickers you’ve stuck onto them.

What are your current available payment methods?

We currently accept payments via BPI, BDO, Security Bank, PayPal, PayMaya, GCash, and Coins.PH.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept cash on delivery. However, we are currently looking into ways in which we can provide this in the future.

What courier will you use to ship out my order?

We use NinjaVan to ship out all orders.

When will you ship out my order?

All orders are picked up by our courier every Saturday.

When will I receive my order?

• Metro Manila orders: 1-3 business days
• Greater Metro Manila: 3-5 business days
• Provincial Areas: 7 business days

Based on the above timetables, please expect your order to arrive anytime between 9 AM to 10 PM from Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.

Do you currently accept same-day deliveries via services such as GrabExpress, LalaMove, Mr. Speedy, Angkas, etc.?

As part of our safety precautions to limit our staff’s outside exposure due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we currently do not fulfill individual orders through same-day delivery services.

My stickers aren’t sticking to my StickerVault pages! What’s wrong?

A sticker’s stickiness may depend on the quality or age of the paper it was made with. To help make them a bit sticky again, we recommend very lightly re-activating the glue on the back of your sticker with a tiny bit of water. This should help your sticker stick to your StickerVault pages again.

(Note: Please exercise caution when using this method to re-activate your sticker’s backing glue, especially if your stickers are not made of waterproof or water-resistant paper.)

I received a damaged item! What can I do?

We’re so sorry to hear this! Rest assured that we here at StickerVault take our Quality Assurance process seriously, checking every product before we ship them out to our customers and partner stores. We also go to great lengths to ensure that your sticker albums will arrive safely through our chosen courier service.

Should you receive a damaged item, please let us know by e-mailing returns@stickervaultco.com. Please include as many photos as possible and a detailed description of the issue. Once we have assessed the potential cause of the damage, we will replace your damaged item and report the incident to our courier if necessary.

Do you have a physical store that I can visit?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store, as we primarily focus on online orders.

What partner consignment stores officially sell StickerVault Sticker Albums?

StickerVault can currently be bought from the following partner consignment stores:

• Komiket Secret HQ (Makati, Metro Manila)

Do you have a Shopee or Lazada store?

We currently do not have any Shopee or Lazada stores. However, we are currently working on setting these up to provide our customers with an alternative way to purchase StickerVault sticker albums online.

In the meantime, we recommend placing your orders through our official online shop. Please take note of the official URL: http://www.stickervaultco.com/shop

I saw StickerVault Sticker Albums being sold by another online store/online seller that isn’t mentioned in your official list of StickerVault online sales platforms or Partner Consignment Stores. Is it safe to buy from them?

Please note that the stores and sales platforms mentioned above are the only ones that are either operated by us or partnering with us officially. We currently do not work with any other consignment stores or online sales platforms unless officially announced on our social media channels or our website.

Should you find a StickerVault sticker album for sale in a consignment store that is not listed above, please note that we are not working with them in any official capacity and that they are selling our products (or imitations thereof) without our express permission.

As such, we cannot entertain any refund or replacement inquiries for any albums purchased through these stores and cannot guarantee the same quality as those we sell through our official sales platforms.

Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

At present, we primarily focus on retail sales. Should you be interested in purchasing sticker albums on a wholesale or bulk basis, please contact sales@stickervaultco.com.

I am interested in selling StickerVault Sticker Albums through my store/business. How do I go about this?
